Paris was GREAT. The weather ended up being tremendous. The best thing on the trip? La Defense. Ever heard of it? Check out some pictures on this site. You won’t be disappointed. Some of the most amazing architecture I’ve ever seen in my life…. and not the old stuff… I’m talking modern, baby.

Back home from Boston. I must send the biggest thanks and gratitude to Josh, Matt and all of the Schwadesign ministers for their hospitality and extremely well-strategized design solutions. I feel honored to be in their company.

We’re working with Schwa to develop their new website as well as several other collaborations. Schwa’s been an indispensible facilitator in helping Citizen Scholar pursue projects with social and cultural value. We’re currently collaborating with the collective on two health and wellness clients, a Manhattan-based interior designer and an independent winery. We’re looking forward to sharing the results as the projects progress.

Thanks Schwa!

Photographer Wheat Würtzburger is in the client fold. We’ll be working together on market strategy, identity, and a breadth of design artifacts. Welcome to the Citizen Scholar family, Wheat.

Collaborations with Boston collective Schwadesign have brought me to Boston and Providence until the weekend. Snow is on the ground and the brisk air has been a welcome change from ever-humid Florida.

I will remain available by phone and email while in chilly New England.

The Sugar Oaks played for their loving listeners down in Tampa yesterday. I had the chance to meet up with them on their way out of town and snap a quick pick of their new shirts we designed.
A quick snap of the Sugar Oaks T-Shirt

Big thanks to Austin at Petito’s Tightslice for a superb printing job.

Off to Paris goes Sarah to study Art History for a couple of weeks. I’m looking forward to hearing the stories and seeing the photographs. Travel safe, Sarah! There’s plenty of design here for you upon your return. Fantastique!

Citizen Scholar is happy to announce our inaugural intern, Sarah Walker. Sarah comes to Orlando from the Heron School of Art at Indiana University, Indianapolis.

I’m happy she’s here and look forward to the new perspective she’ll add to our creative and strategic endeavors. It looks to be a discovery process for us all.

Welcome, Sarah!
